1. If the circuit breaker of the cutting machine is not disconnected, pull the load side isolation switch first. Arc short circuit occurs within the protection range of the circuit breaker, and tripping of the circuit breaker can reduce the accident range. After disconnecting the circuit breaker during power outage operation, the load side isolation shear switch should be opened first instead of the bus side isolation switch. There may be two types of misoperation during power outage, which should be avoided.
2. Power supply issues can also cause the shearing machine to trip, so it is required that the power supply itself and wiring should not have problems. Many new types of plate cutting machines now have automatic alarm systems that can promptly remind operators to make repairs.
If the shearing machine frequently trips, it is not a simple problem. It is necessary to find professional maintenance personnel for system testing to find the cause and solve it through appropriate means.
